Mrs. Anna is the lady of the house. She's the untiring soul, the one who keeps the secret of the old times cookery improving them at all the times, who takes care of a prestigious vegetable garden to give her customers proper fruits and vegetables for each season throughout the year. Even pasta is homemade, worked like tradition teaches; the same for the desserts that are offered daily in an elegant very rich buffet prepared by Daniele's wife, Astrid. Despite the mountain landscape the restaurant "Da Nando" based its menu on many always fresh fish dish courses with creative receipts that keep the taste of a fish just caught. Nevertheless precious D.O.C. meats are the flagship of the rich menu.
