The Restaurant was born in 1971 when Nando and his wife Anna decided to buy a "little coffee house" at Pallone crossroad (Vitorchiano-Viterbo).
The idea worked well and, in a short time, they opened a little restaurant as well.
Nowadays the coffee house and the restaurant are among the most appreciated in Viterbo area.
In 1996 Nando decided to build some apartments and, over time, he turned hem into the Hotel.
